Plagiarism Policy
The Journal of Indonesian Constitution and Administrative Law (JICAL) applies a strict plagiarism screening policy to ensure that all published articles are original and comply with the highest standards of academic ethics. Every submitted manuscript is subject to plagiarism checking using reliable and reputable plagiarism detection software.
If a manuscript is found to contain a level of plagiarism exceeding the acceptable threshold, it will be returned to the author(s) for revision. Manuscripts that fail to meet the journal’s plagiarism standards may be rejected for publication. Authors are required to properly cite and reference all sources used in their work in order to maintain academic integrity.
