The Journal of Indonesian Constitution and Administrative Law (JICAL) focuses on the publication of original research, conceptual studies, and critical analyses in the fields of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law within the context of Indonesia’s constitutional system. The journal aims to serve as a scholarly forum for academics, legal researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and students to examine contemporary developments, theoretical debates, and practical challenges in constitutional and administrative law.
JICAL rigorously explores constitutional principles, governmental systems, judicial processes, and administrative governance frameworks that underpin democratic, accountable, and law-based public administration. JICAL is published biannually, in May and October. All published articles are available as open access, promoting wider dissemination of knowledge and supporting the advancement of constitutional and administrative law studies in Indonesia.
